The Alp Trainer 2 is an advanced mid-cut mountain boot with a sturdy suede rand and high-quality elastic fabric and a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining, waterproof and breathable, providing great protection for hiking in the mountains across variable terrain and in diverse conditions. It features a solid rubber toe reinforcement that protects against stones and scree.

Adjustable comfort

An exceptionally comfortable model that guarantees a precise, enveloping fit and good support. Our patented and registered 3F System, with steel cable, guarantees firm ankle support and lateral stability, while the Flex Collar increases the backward range of motion of the ankle and its comfort during descents. Additionally, the customizable Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) in SALEWA® comes with interchangeable layers to tailor the volume to your foot. And the Climbing Lacing system allows adjustment up to the toe to provide greater precision in technical sections.

Good grip and traction

The enhanced Vibram® Alpine Hiking sole, exclusive to SALEWA®, offers improved performance and control across a wide range of mountain terrains. It also works wonderfully in damp and muddy environments thanks to the dedicated climbing, traction and braking zones, and the solid lug design.
