1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
MANUEL VICENTE FERNÁNDEZ OLMEDO, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that he has created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and is responsible for the processing of personal data of users carried out on these social networks. This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), therefore the following information is provided regarding the processing:
What do we process your personal data for?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
- Processing requests and inquiries made to the controller
- Informing about activities and events organised by the controller
- Informing about products or services offered by the controller
- Interacting through official profiles
Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thereby showing interest in the information published. Therefore, by requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides consent for the processing of personal data published in their profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes publicly available information of the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be incorporated into a file of the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER’s request.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given as stated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used. Therefore, it may be publicly available to other social network users. From each social network profile, the USER may configure what information they wish to make public, view permissions granted, remove or disable them, as well as any third-party application no longer desired.
No data transfers to third parties outside the social network are planned, except when strictly necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by applicable privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the USER: these may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.
Right to withdraw consent at any time
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and restriction or objection to its processing. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. PROFILE USE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
- Access to publicly available profile information
- Publication on the USER’s profile of information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
- Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels
- Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
3. POSTS
Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other multimedia content supported by it. The USER must always be the owner of the published content, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have consent from affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste or public decency, and/or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER must be aware that their publications will be visible to other users, so they are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited to users under 14 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of a legal guardian or representative will be required, with valid documentation proving representation.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Therefore, if the USER is underage, they must not register, use the social networks or provide any personal information.
