GENERAL INFORMATION
In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, it is stated that AristaRun, with Tax ID 30833476K and registered address at Av. Carlos III, 24, 14014 Córdoba, is the owner of the domain aristarun.es
ONLINE PURCHASE PROCESS
Select the products you wish to buy by clicking “Add to cart”. Once selection is complete, go to the shopping cart where you can modify or remove items. To continue, you must register as a customer and create an account. Follow the steps indicated by the system such as shipping address, billing details, shipping method and payment method. The system will display a summary of the order and request confirmation.
After placing the order, AristaRun will inform you about its status. The electronic contract will be stored and accessible from your customer account. The official language of the contract is Spanish.
GENERAL TERMS
Placing an order implies acceptance of these conditions. AristaRun only accepts orders within mainland Spain. Product descriptions are based on supplier information.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If stock issues occur, the customer will be informed immediately.
PRICE AND OFFER VALIDITY
All prices include 21% VAT and are in euros. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included and will be shown during checkout.
Discount codes may be issued for promotions and limited-time offers.
PHONE ORDERS
Orders can be placed by phone, but card payments are not accepted by phone for security reasons.

PAY WITH SEQURA
Flexible instalment payments up to 18 months, fast approval, no paperwork required.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders under €40 (mainland Spain) incur €5 shipping cost. Free shipping above €40.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may return products within 14 days without justification. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days under the same conditions as returns.
WARRANTY
Products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Post-sale support is available for any incident or query.
INVOICE
Invoices are sent by email. ID may be required during purchase.
LEGAL WARRANTY AND LAW
Spanish law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the consumer’s place of residence.
