WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
AristaRun considers a return to be the return of one or more products and the subsequent refund of the total amount paid (right of withdrawal). The customer has one month from the receipt of the goods to make a return without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first notify AristaRun by email, send the product(s) to be returned (together with instructions and/or documents, any accessories included with the product and the duly completed withdrawal form, which can be downloaded from the link at the end of this section). Once the goods have been checked and if everything is correct (items must be in the same condition as received by the customer), the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of one month (including the product price and shipping costs, if any). The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery and transport costs are never refunded.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
AristaRun defines an exchange as the replacement of a product with another product or a size change. Customers have one month from receipt of the goods to request an exchange.
The procedure is as follows: send an email indicating that it is an exchange, the purchase date, order number and reason for the exchange. You must also indicate the product(s) you wish to receive to check availability. The package must include original packaging, labels, manuals and warranties. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation, and in the same condition as received. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for electronic products that have been used or activated, food and nutrition products, underwear, or climbing equipment. Once the package is received, we will verify that the product is unused and in perfect condition. If so, the exchange will be processed immediately. Otherwise, the customer will be informed of any issue.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Any additional shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility. This applies only to mainland Spain orders.

WARRANTY
Products have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless the manufacturer offers a longer period, which will be stated in the product description or labels. In case of a defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, free of charge for the consumer. The seller is responsible for defects appearing within two years of delivery. The consumer must notify the seller within two months of becoming aware of the defect. Proof of purchase serves as the warranty document. The warranty period starts from the delivery date. Defects caused by misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered. Manufacturer warranty documents must be read carefully, as they may include limitations. Any incident must be reported by email. All shipping costs related to warranty claims will be covered by AristaRun.
If a product is defective and under warranty, the process is as follows: send an email with order number, invoice or receipt, and description of the defect. AristaRun will provide a return number for shipping and tracking. Shipping costs are covered by AristaRun. The manufacturer may request the defective item for inspection, which may delay the response. Shipping costs for repaired or replaced products are covered by AristaRun. Initial shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded if the warranty is accepted. The warranty period is paused while the product is being handled and resumes upon return to the customer.
