DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE GHOST 16 AND THE GHOST 17

At Brooks, the classic Ghost model has been improved, providing the perfect balance of comfort with the Ghost 17s, ideal for everyday runners and walkers.

The Ghost 16 features DNA LOFT v3 cushioning with infused nitrogen, making them lightweight and comfortable. The Ghost 17 takes it to the next level, providing much more cushioning. They add an additional 1 mm of DNA LOFT v3 in the heel and 3 mm extra in the forefoot, delivering a smooth ride kilometer after kilometer.

While the Ghost 16 has a comfortable midsole and Segment Crash Pad technology, the Ghost 17 features a newly designed midsole with precise flexible grooves. This further enhances the flow, making every kilometer as enjoyable as the first.

COMFORTABLE AND DYNAMIC CUSHIONING

We've added even more cushioning with nitrogen-infused foam in the heel and forefoot, so welcome comfort with every step.

IMPROVED DESIGN

The new Air Mesh upper provides breathability and structure, along with a redesigned heel collar.

COMFORTABLE TRANSITIONS

The updated midsole features flexible grooves to enhance the flow from heel to toe.
