The self-braking descender I’D S is primarily intended for work at height and difficult-to-access areas. It is equipped with an ergonomic grip that allows comfortable control of the descent. The integrated anti-panic function and the error-indicator cam limit the risk of accident in case of misuse. The AUTO-LOCK system allows you to position yourself easily at the work site, without having to manipulate the grip or perform a lock-off. Once locked, the rope can be retrieved without having to manipulate the grip. The closing trigger allows you to thread the rope and keep the device connected to the harness at the same time. The I’D S is compatible with ropes from 10 to 11.5 mm and allows handling loads of up to 250 kg.
