FIXE PUPUT QUICKDRAW 35 CM EXPRESS TAPE

FIXE PUPUT QUICKDRAW 35 CM EXPRESS TAPE

The Puput express tape is ideal for wall climbing, designed for comfortable clipping of the bolt thanks to its characteristic nose. Its large size offers very comfortable maneuverability. With a wide friction area, it extends the lifespan of both the rope and the carabiner.

Its sturdy polyamide tape stays firm against the wall, without twisting, so the carabiner always maintains the desired orientation. The lower carabiner remains fixed thanks to the oblique stitching that follows its shape. In the central part, its unique safety stitching makes it unmistakable. The tape is available in 4 lengths: 12 cm, 18 cm, 24 cm, and 35 cm.

The Puput is designed for intensive use in all types of wall activities.

The name Puput refers to the bird “Upupa epops,” which also has a characteristic nose that inspired our carabiner.

Product Technical Analysis

The FIXE PUPUT QUICKDRAW is a fusion of innovation and technology that enhances every climbing experience. With its conical nose, the design allows for frictionless insertion into anchors, whether they are bolts or pitons. Ease of use is undoubtedly one of its main advantages, especially in situations where time and focus are paramount.

The Snagfree system makes unclipping the bolt or rope almost a natural movement. This clever touch reduces the risk of accidents, helping climbers maintain their flow uninterrupted. Every aspect is designed to offer safety, exemplified by the Keylock closure, which prevents any snagging with the rope or bolt, ensuring a perfect connection that inspires confidence with each use.

Moreover, its triple layer structure provides the necessary stiffness to avoid any twisting of the tape, thus maintaining the carabiner in its initial orientation. This feature not only increases safety but also adds significant durability to the set. The tape made of polyamide, a material known for its strength, contributes to better performance in the field just like dynamic climbing ropes, extending the lifespan of both the carabiner and the rope simultaneously.

The oblique stitching on the lower carabiner is designed to conform to its shape, ensuring that it always remains fixed in place, thereby optimizing efficiency in each ascent. The central safety stitching, with its distinctive design, adds an extra dose of confidence for the user who relies on every element of their gear.

In terms of strength, the FIXE PUPUT QUICKDRAW meets the EN 12275 standards, ensuring adequate resistances for every situation: 22 kN vertically, 8 kN horizontally, and 8 kN vertically with the gate open. This rating not only reaffirms its reliability but also positions it as an essential choice in any climbing gear. Undoubtedly, the FIXE PUPUT QUICKDRAW 35 CM EXPRESS TAPE is the tool that every climber should have to meet the demands of the sport, providing performance and safety in every adventure.
